Sky MedSupply Int., Inc. guarantees that during the lifetime of this product it shall be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This life time warrnaty shall cover the frame of the product only and only if used as directed. All other components, assemblies, and parts have a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defective materials or workmanship. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at Sky MedSupply Int, Inc.’s option. This warranty shall exclude all shipping costs whether it is incurred in replacement or repair of this unit. Sky Med products are designed for non-commercial settings only. This limited warranty shall not apply if the product is used in any manner inconsistent with its design or intended usage. This warranty does not cover unit failure due to negligence, abuse, improper storage or handling, improper operation, or unauthorized modification. Parts subjected to normal wear and tear including but not limited to handgrips, brake cables, wheels, totes, rubber tips, and casters are not covered under this warranty and is specifically excluded. It is recommended that user undergo periodic safety evaluations with local dealers for replacements or adjustments at least once. If unit fails to operate properly during the warranty period, please contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased your Sky MedSupply Int, Inc. product for warranty service. All Sky MedSupply Int, Inc. dealers have qualified personnel to assist you with warranty services. If the product must be returned to Sky MedSupply Int., Inc. you must first contact Sky MedSupply Int. Inc and indicate the nature of the defect, product serial number, and the name and location of your dealer before returning the product. Purchaser must also attach original receipt with all warranty claims or returns. This warranty shall cover replace or repair of parts only and not labor. Dealers may charge labor separately for replacement of parts. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Sky MedSupply Int, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Exclusions and limitations are void where prohibited.
